Flying Frog Academy

I know many of you are interested in my husband’s gym, Flying Frog Academy. Flying Frog is Sonoma County’s first and only Parkour and Freerunning facility. It is also the place to have a Nerf or Ninja Warrior party! If you would like to come try an open gym for free, ask Mrs. Talmage for a pass.
